Law enforcement takes a special interest in allegations involving corrupt public officials: police officers, elected officials, and public employees. This interest stems from, in part, law enforcement’s belief that corrupt public officials pose a systemic threat to our institutions and undermine public confidence in our Government. Andy both investigated and prosecuted multiple public corruption cases as an Assistant U.S. Attorney, and he has defended individual(s) charged with crimes in connection with popular elections.
